Banana Blue online return policy for Refund or Exchange.
We can offer an Exchange, Refund, or Repair if possible.
The condition of any item being returned must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all original tags intact.
Should you require to return your banana blue garment for refund or exchange, you will need to contact sales@bananablue.net.au within 7 days of receiving your purchase for an authorised Return form, number and postal details.
You will need to return via registered signature required post within 7 days of receiving Return documents from Banana blue.
Banana blue is not responsible for lost parcels or unregistered returns.

Our In-store staff cannot process your refund/exchange without the Banana blue return authorisation form & Proof of purchase present at the time.
In-Store Refunds may take up to 48 hours from your visit to process.
